Model cancellation form

If your order is delivered in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, or in the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from receiving it to cancel, without giving any reason. Copy the form below into an email to [email protected] and send it: that is all there is to it.

You are not obliged to use this form. Any unambiguous statement setting out your decision to cancel is valid. It exists so that you do not have to work out what to write, and so that your statement carries the date you send it.

What happens next

We acknowledge your cancellation by email, without delay.
You send the goods back within 14 days of your statement.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return — or of you proving you sent it, whichever comes first — using the same payment method you used to order.

Where this right applies

Ireland and the European Union. The 14-day right comes from Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Ireland by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. The form above is the model form set out in Annex I(B) of that Directive.

United Kingdom. The same 14-day right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The form above serves equally well.

United States, Canada and Australia. There is no statutory cooling-off period for an online purchase in these three countries, and we will not imply otherwise. What applies there is our own guarantee below, which is contractual and binds us.
