Delivery times
Every order placed on ball-launcher-for-dogs.com is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being approved. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days, for a total of 6 to 10 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country.

Where we ship
We ship to 5 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland. Shipping is free to all of them, with no minimum order. If your country is not on this list, our checkout will not accept it, so you know before you reach the payment step.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If the tracking has not moved for several days, write to [email protected] and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
If a parcel goes missing
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days plus a reasonable margin, tell us. We open a claim with the carrier and, without waiting for its outcome, we reship or refund straight away and settle with the carrier ourselves. A lost parcel is our problem, not yours.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the product before doing anything else, and send us the pictures. We replace or refund, and we pay the return postage. Do not throw the packaging away until the matter is settled — the carrier sometimes asks for it.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to send the launcher back for a full refund, for any reason at all, including simply that your dog is not interested. Write to us first so that we can give you the return address; a parcel sent back without warning takes far longer to match to an order.
The product should come back complete and in a condition that lets us see it was used as a dog toy rather than dismantled. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving — or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.
This 30-day guarantee is ours and it is contractual. It sits on top of the statutory rights you have in your own country, which are set out in full on our terms of sale and, for the 14-day cancellation right in the UK and Ireland, on our cancellation page.
Customs and taxes
Prices for the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland include VAT or GST. For the United States and Canada, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We do not ask you to pay anything on delivery.
